Our story
Our story is about love, passion for what we do, living traditional Dalmatian cuisine and catering at Tavern Kopacina (Konoba Kopačina). From day one, our motto is the same, satisfied guests are what we are here for.
Our mission is to preserve the traditional Dalmatian gastronomy with our staff; to preserve our gastronomic heritage at Tavern Kopacina on Brač and provide a unique experience for you, our guests
From our family farm we get olives, oil, shallots, figs, salads, juicy tomatoes, sweet watermelons and many other indigenous foods that make our dishes at Konoba Kopačina special.

Traditional dishes
Dishes made of Brač lamb, whether classic spit-roasted lamb, baked lamb or some other versions; they define Tavern Kopacina (Konoba Kopačina), a traditional Brač restaurant.
It was marked on the gastronomic map of Brač and Dalmatia. We love lamb and we make all sorts of delicious dishes out of it! We are great advocates of “nose to tail” and “zero waste” concepts, so that our menus include dishes made of the famous “fifth quarter”.
Besides the lamb of Brač, our menus at Tavern Kopacina are adorned with fresh Adriatic fish, other traditional dishes of Dalmatia and international cuisine.
